BJJ is a term coined by the martial arts industry to represent Brazialin Jiu-Jitsu. This martial art and method of training shares coaching strategies and a common history with the Olympic sport of Judo.

Our focus is on developing our character through the vehicle of throwing and grappling technique. Our goals are to develop skill and our bodies through slow and consistent practice.

We use partner training as a way of testing each others skill in a friendly non-competitive atmosphere.

We encourage reflection and self-questioning to develop our inner mind.

This is Jiu-Jitsu. It is a way of life.
